@Pier 39/Fisherman Wharf, San Francisco

After visiting the imposing Golden Gate, it was time to check out bay of San Francisco at last. Needles to say, we were lucky to be there on July 4 festival time. So much people, so much fun everywhere... Happy to be viewer of those...

Final moments at Golden Gate... hope to return there some time in future... that was what I told my friend Ramesh... and he too is determined to hangout with me once again in US...

As expected, the bus routes Ramesh marked from Google Maps flopped and we were stranded at some place which none of know... All we could see was roads going steep up and down... It was unexpected fun..

Instead of spending time in Pier 39, we were in some unknown place waiting for bus... We waited for some 2 hours here and it was just luck we identified this bus stop by chance... In that road, we thought there no bus stops... but by chance one among noticed something was written on the pavement... Yes, in pavement its marked as bus stop... pity the world's richest nation cant put a signboard for bus stop...

whatever the hardship that comes, I will enjoy...
that was statement Mani was showing here by taking snaps even when everyone else was clueless how to get out that place...

After a long ordeal... we were finally there.. A very eventful place.. full of fun...

Huge crowd... people were singing and dancing just on the roads..

Admire their strictness to follow traffic rules..

Indians were everywhere..

In the backdrop far away is prison Alcatraz... featured in may H'wood flicks..

Its Chithirai, Anand, Thiru, Ramesh and Myself

hmmm.. very friendly people...

on way back to home.. carrying tons of memories..
